We started JPS with a fleet of rigs, a small book of loyal clients, and a stubborn belief that horizontal directional drilling should be a specialty — not a side hustle.
Today, we handle everything from municipal water main crossings to long-reach fiber runs and deep pipeline crossings under Houston's bayous. Every project uses the same rigs, the same crews, and the same as-built process.
